Keppeler KS-V sniper rifle is a fifth generation of bullpup sniper rifles, produced in Germany by Keppeler – Technische Entwicklungen GmbH. This rifle features an unusual bullpup design, in which the magazine located above the pistol grip rather than behind it (as in "conventional" bullpup rifles). This allows for faster magazine change, and also places the bolt handle closer to the pistol grip, allowing for faster rate of aimed fire.  Keppeler KS-V sniper rifle is offered in several most popular calibers and is apparently in limited use with certain european law enforcement agencies.

Keppeler KS-V sniper rifle is a manually operated bolt action rifle. Its rotary bolt has seven radial locking lugs that lock into the barrel extension. The rifle is built on the alumium alloy frame (chassis), with fully adjustable buttstock, cheek rest, and adjustable (sliding) pistol grip. The magazine housing is located above the pistol grip, on the left side of the receiver, and is inclined down at 45 degrees. No iron sights are provided by default, and the rifle is equipped with Picatinny rail on the top of receiver, which would accept a wide variety of telescope sights on appropriate mountings. Additional Picatinny rails are installed at the front of the "stock", to provide mounting points for various accesories.
