NSG-1 / CS-LR4

NSG-1 / CS-LR4 Sniper Rifle is manufactured in China for export sales and is offered internationally through the state-owned NORINCO corporation. This rifle, which is known by two separate names (NSG-1 or CS/LR4) appears to be of a rather modern design, offering 1MOA accuracy at ranges of up to 600 meters.

NSG-1 / CS-LR4 sniper rifle is a manually operated, bolt action rifle. It features rotary bolt with three radial locking lugs at the front. Thumb-hole type fixed stock is made from polymer, with adjustable buttpad, cheek rest and an integral folding monopod below. Feed is from detachable single stack box magazines with 5 rounds capacity. Rifle has no iron sights, and various telescope or night sights can be installed using Picatinny type rail above the receiver. NORINCO also offers a broad range of variable power telescope sights and IR adapters for this rifle.
